You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

Content on the Site — including descriptions of systems, products, statistics, and results — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice, and outcomes described are not guarantees of results for any particular business.

Services and products

Consulting engagements and access to our software products (including RestoreScout, AgentCallScore, the AISEO Platform, and StormCenter.Live) are governed by separate written agreements, proposals, or terms of service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement controls for those services.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and software — are owned by Building Futures LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing. Third-party marks, including the BNI name and logo, belong to their respective owners.

Third-party websites

The Site links to third-party websites, including our product sites and partner organizations. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties
